Erykah Badu, known as the “Queen of Neo Soul,” wowed fans at her sold-out Hollywood Bowl show.

In a video circulating online, the artist is seen performing the gospel song “Encourage Yourself” by 🙌

Although Badu has publicly stated in a interview with Vulture (2018), “I’m not Muslim, I’m not Christian, I’m not anything; I’m an observer who can see good things and bad things,” her choice to perform a gospel song brought a powerful and uplifting message to the crowd.

We pray that everyone who heard this gospel music would be inspired to seek the truth found in Jesus Christ. May the message of hope and encouragement touch their hearts and lead them to the love and salvation only Christ can offer. Amen🙏
