According to latest information Ritah Kaggwa Blog has obtained on the brutal murder of David and Deborah Mutaaga , it has been revealed that the yet to be identified killer is believed to be a close family/Clan member who entered the house behind the fence and made a***e inside the house which he used an entry then he landed into the sitting room, where he found the late David Mutaaga sitted in the sofa ,immediately a scuffled erupted as he started piercing him with a panga and knife asking him why their children and the family as a whole are well off yet the reat of clan members are grassing in poverty in Kampala.
Security findings further have revealed that after leaving the man fighting for his life ,the masked killer went ahead and hunted for Deborah Mutaaga who was in the bathroom taking a shower,having had her yelling and making calls to neighbors saying they had been attacked by an armed intruder,the killer forced himself inside the bathroom and started piercing Deborah as she shouted for help(her phone remain on call) as the masked killer finished her.
After realizing that she is dead, the killer went down stairs and found David Mutaaga still alive ,its from there that he again cut him several times asking him again Why they are well off than the rest of the family members?, which he failed to answer since he was in deep pain.
Despite having fixed many cctv cameras in and around the house, it wasnt easy to recognize the masked killer however police is now opting to use voice call recordings to identify the killer, we have also learnt that relatives who last visited the late have been summoned for interogation, 2 house helpers have already been arrested even though they were not around when the brutal act happened.
David Mutaaga and his wife Deborah had been living in Switzerland for over 30 years until they returned two years ago to settle in Nakiwogo-Entebbe-uganda, we here they had been working as bankers in a top bank in Zurich-Switzerland.u
Sources further say David Mutaaga was the hier to the late his father which annoyed most clan members.
