Whilst the condition of a property is something prospective buyers will consider when assessing the value of a property, it’s often used unfairly as a reason to negotiate a price reduction, sometimes many months after an offer was initially agreed.

Should I sell my property before the end of the year, or is it better to wait until spring 2022? This is a question we’re used to hearing at this time of year. We’re certainly in a sellers market at the moment, and that may well continue into 2022. But who knows?

At the moment, interest rates are low and buyer demand is still strong.
