Where do I go from here? Please let me know what suooort you asked for or how you started to accommodate for your autism. POV: you got diagnosed with autism in your 30s (after you already had an ADHD diagnosis and became a mum)
These are just SOME of my honest thoughts and feelings that I’m having regarding my diagnosis. There’s so many more. So many conflicting feelings too. So many questions despite that I have so much knowledge in this subject.

How do you get your ADHD brain to comply cleaning and tidying an entire house?
It’s simple. You need 2-3 bags and some additional things to raise urgency, novelty, interest and a sense of challenge - aka give your brain some dopamine. This is one of the exact reasons why I’ve decided to build the thing I’ve been building 2 years ago (and put ourselves into debt in the meantime). And You’ll find out what it is and when it launches soon!!!

Drop your guesses below 👀👇also I wished the first slide wasn’t true but it is - and I’d do it all over again. I’m so beyond excited to finally be able to soon talk about the thing that nearly broke me, that my partner has endlessly supported me with and that I’ve been putting endless hours into building and perfecting for the past 2 years.
