We've all seen or heard about their latest, show-off, star-studded promotional video.
But regardless of what they've done or the opportunities they've created, they are at present out of touch.
They still employ Chris Packham after his dramatic and misinformative rant on another broadcaster.
They knew about Scott Mills, Rolf Harris, and Jimmy Savile, but did nothing.
Their "balanced" approach is more lopsided at the moment.
Yep, they have had a new boss recently, and we hope they do a deep dive, consultations, and explorations into why the public's view of the BBC is so negative at the moment.
Then change will truly happen for the best, and people will ask that question and see a more positive answer. But at the moment, that promotional video is over the top and too soon.
