Evidence shows that LinkedIn may show more content from men than from women, with significant effects. Experiments by women such as Jane Evans, Cindy Gallop, R Fairley, and Simon E Bonnett reveal that identical posts from men and women can get dramatically different engagement, and many saw their reach soar only after switching their profile gender to “male.”
