Hosting in a luxury suite at Treehouse Hotel Manchester hotel like it’s a house party! The hotel room is so big, with an incredible view of the city, you’d forget it’s a single room. Thank you to everyone that came and had fun and brought the chaos.

I made a short menu but it was everyone else’s hard work that made the magic possible. Massive thank you to the We Are Indigo PR & Events Gemma Krysko team, Daniele Mondelli Giulio Guarini for all the help in prepping BANKSIE for bring the atmosphere and joy to the room! And my friends for coming to support these moments.

Did you know Mexico City is the best city in the world for food and drink? Consistently more top 50 bars and restaurants than any other city in the world, the altitude also meals the agricultural and ingredients are like no other. It also has one my favourite boutique hotels in the world Nima Local House Hotel (with only 3 rooms). I was lucky and blessed enough to stay here again, and had a little photoshoot while wearing a Daniel Hanson Piece.

More than just pictures of food, I’ve also added snippets of my Beli - Restaurant Lists reviews.

Important note, Mexico City is more than just Roma Norte & Codensa so always explore and support local business!

🇲🇽 summer: Checked in to Chablé Maroma to cap an unforgettable and once in a lifetime trip to Mexico. The sister hotel to Chablé Yucatán this hotel sits beautifully on the beach and thrives in both being seen and unseen.

From sitting my the beach and listening to the waves, to experiencing sound healing for the first time, to a morning surf lesson and stretch. This place redefines peace.

One of my favourite moments was, while enjoying fresh sushi and margarita at the raw bar, I heard a child in the pool closeby yell so endearingly “Dad, watch this”… a place creating beautiful core memories that will last a life time for any age, any interest, any background. Huge in space but intimate in delivery of service. I practically have no pictures from the room because I was lost in relaxing, being present and sleeping on the beach.

Massive thank you again to the Chablé Hotels Debi Car & J/PR families for hosting us and putting so much work to make this trip memorable & magnificent. Thank you to Janyz Rmz | Riviera Maya | mamá de 3 ; In slide 4 i got to try a range of the Clase Azul México and learn about the brand’s core values beyond what we see online, in clubs and pop culture - the heart that keeps the tequila truly Mexican in heritage and pioneering the future.

POV I come out of retirement for 1 day to take over the Best Bar in Mexico (via 2026) & I bring a guitarist, my suitcase & chaos. In all honestly, I expected 3 people to show up - but to find out there was a line out of the door both shocked and humbled me. I am so grateful to the Mexico & CDMX community for always being so supportive and welcoming.

All this would not have been possible without introducing me to the legend that is ! A massive thank you to Ricardo, and the Bar Mauro family for hosting me and C. Also for dealing with my insanity and bringing it to life. It was beyond amazing and I can’t wait to come back.

I stayed in the jungle at the No.1 Best Hotel in North America & 8th Best Hotel in the world… there are no words to describe the experience. I feel nourished - spiritually, mentally and physically. This was a hotel I didn’t want to leave.

A massive thank you to the Chablé Yucatán family for making this feel like home. And to the J/PR & charlotte team for working so hard to make this possible 🖤

Slide 1 & 2: the room, the private pool and the bathroom which shows off the jungle in a way that feels both private and wide open with nature.

Slide 3: the hotels pool & restaurant where we had breakfast everyday.

Slide 4: A 7th wonder of the world which the hotel incredibly organized. Learning the history of Yucatán & unlearning Spanish propaganda about the Mayans and their beautiful and spiritual culture.

Slide 5: (personal favourite) cooking and eating food made by an Abuela with ingredients foliaged that morning on the property and tasting Yucatán recipes passed down for generations. Even with a language barrier, I learned so much!

Slide 6 &7: 🐝 we got to see the Melipona
Bee Sanctuary on the property. They don’t have any stingers and the honey which is much rarely, has healing properties.

Slide 8: the hotel also has a Michelin Starred restaurant KI’OL. No surprised! The food was divine and the w**e pairings were ambitious but well executed. Full review and breakdown on my Beli - Restaurant Lists to come

Slide 9: Mixology session in the Cigar Bar with their head of bars, Kevin. What an experience. This is Tabasco Syrup which I fell in love with the concept and plan to play around with it in future cocktails!

Slide 10: the property has its OWN golf course. This should tell you the sheer scale of this property.
