At 50, she wasn't slowing down. She was taking off. ✈️

Imagine reaching the peak of your corporate career and deciding: I want something different.

That's what Captain Carole Hopson did.

Today, she's a Boeing 737 Captain for United Airlines.

But Carole didn't stop at changing her own story.

Through the Jet Black Foundation, she's helping create a path for more Black women in aviation, with a mission to send 100 Black women to flight school by 2035.

She didn't just change careers. She changed the pattern.
