What baffles me the most is that grown adults who claim they passed through the four walls of a school, let alone a university, actually believe this and even share it.

First, what is the name of this media outfit? Who is the reporter that supposedly interviewed the service chiefs, and how did the same newly appointed service chiefs suddenly decide to share this kind of ridiculous story?

Anyone with even a modest grasp of common sense should recognise this type of online gossip peddler as fake news the moment they see it. Yet some people’s minds seem so dulled that they will swallow anything, no matter how foolish, as long as it fits their political bias.

I honestly do not understand how people can abandon basic reasoning because of their resentment or personal dislike for the leader of their own country. It is disturbing, and sadly it reflects what far too many of our people have become: quick to believe nonsense and slow to think for themselves.
