It’s sweet, creamy, satisfying and fantastic for maximum weight loss 🍦And don’t worry, you don’t taste the chickpeas or cauliflower at all - it’s MAGIC 🤯

Ingredients
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 cup frozen cauliflower
3 frozen ripe sorry bananas
2 medjool dates (I used date paste)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp white miso (optional)

One of the things that helped me to lose 60 pounds is learning how to make veggies taste incredible! This dip is mostly made of veggies 🙌 so you can basically eat the whole thing to yourself, I know I did 😆

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
350g silken tofu
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tbsp onion powder
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp tapioca starch (optional to make it stretchy)
Juice of a lemon
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tin artichoke hearts
2-3 cups spinach

It’s my super easy 2 Ingredient Healthy Vegan ICE CREAM 🔥 High Protein & Low Calorie Density!!

If you want an instant healthy ice cream for weight loss but forgot to freeze bananas (like I did!) then this is the recipe for you! It’s SO easy to throw together and tastes absolutely incredible 🙌

Ingredients
1 packed of frozen blueberries (or any berry really)
200g unsweetened Greek style vegan yogurt (I used soy)
Optional extras: a splash of vanilla and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

1. Add everything to a high speed blender and blitz until it all comes together and is super creamy!

And that’s literally it 😆
