I want to explain a situation from today because I think it’s a good example of how easily a simple misunderstanding can turn into something completely different.

A client messaged me asking specifically for an IVF Reading. Her reading showed a more difficult IVF journey, including the possibility that several attempts may not be successful before reaching the pregnancy outcome she wants.

I completed the IVF Reading she requested and sent the whole thing to her on Messenger.

After I had already finished and sent it, I checked the payment and realised she had actually paid for a Basic Reading, even though she had requested IVF. I tried to explain the payment mix-up, but unfortunately I worded one sentence badly and she interpreted it as me saying the reading wasn't hers.
I immediately clarified what I meant: the IVF Reading was absolutely hers. It was created from the questions she asked me. The only thing I had mixed up was the type of payment she had made.

But instead of accepting the clarification, she kept holding onto that one sentence and saying she could no longer believe the reading belonged to her.
This is exactly why context matters.

If I make a sentence unclear, I will happily explain what I meant. But taking one badly worded sentence and ignoring everything else I've explained doesn't suddenly make the entire reading someone else's.

And sometimes a reading simply isn't what someone hoped to hear. If I see difficulties, failed attempts or a longer IVF journey, I'm not going to change the message just to make somebody feel better in that moment.

You don't have to agree with my reading or believe my prediction. Tarot is never a 100% guarantee. But please don't turn a misunderstanding about payment into an accusation that I sent you somebody else's reading when that simply isn't what happened. ❤️
