We’re honored to have had our film officially selected and screened yesterday at the 2nd Annual HollyShorts London film Festival 🎬🌟

Massive thanks to for recognizing our work and creating a space where filmmakers can celebrate each other’s craft. Grateful to everyone who came out and has supported the journey so far.

During the sound recording session for SOPO, we caught up with Made Kuti in the studio capturing the real work, the sessions, the improvisations, and the live recordings, and how cultural elements were thoughtfully woven into the film’s cinematic sound.

From interpreting visual concepts to experimenting with Afrobeat sounds that reflect the characters and the world of SOPO, every note was purposefully crafted to serve the story.
