Continuing to develop a distinctive, forward-thinking sound from his ongoing collaborations with the likes of Desert Sound Colony and Gallegos, Baby Rollén is now collating his own solo productions. Having released on labels such as Holding Hands, Nick Höppner’s Touch From A Distance label and the legendary Bristol-based Future Boogie. Rollén is no stranger to the world of dance music, having worked since 2012 under the alias Vo**ur, where he released an album on Kerri Chandler’s label and toured extensively through his formative years, he now assesses the current musical landscape and is primed to inject it with his own musical philosophies. Encapsulating a nostalgia for classic club records, an ethos that carries on from his former projects, his taste for music is extensive and he feels no need to lay low into one specific sub-genre. His releases to date have delved into the world of wobbly-UK tinged garage to Drum and Bass infused Techno, a broad sense of club culture is embodied in Baby Rollén, and an undying desire to share this taste with his peers and listeners worldwide.
