The way we work is evolving, yet 𝟰𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗞 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗼 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Meanwhile, the demand is rising:📈 8.29 million people in the UK are working part-time (June 2024)📈 4.23 million workers are now on flextime contracts—up from 3.22M in 2013Yet, flexible work means different things to different people—for some, it’s about work-life balance; for others, it’s about staying in the workforce altogether.In our latest interview, Elizabeth Willetts, an award-winning recruiter, specialising in flexible working solutions, shares how she built Investing in Women, a platform connecting professionals with flexible, part-time, and remote opportunities.
