August Archives 📷
August was a mix of building sites, rooftops, celebrations, smart buildings and plenty of happy faces.

We headed to site with Durkan Regen to showcase their fire remediation services, caught up with the team at .london and to chat all things smart buildings, and discussed the St James’s and Soho office market with Estate - all while enjoying some pretty incredible views down Regent Street.

We also took the senior team away for a day with and Studio 185, including a study session led by Ben (not pictured… we were too busy working!).

And, naturally, there were plenty of office pooches and spritzes along the way. 🐶 🍊 We’re sensing a bit of a trend this summer…

Lights, camera, golf time ⛳️

This month we found many opportunities to get out an about. From lifestyle shoots across London to a hole in one at The Three Johns, May has been a fun one...

Here’s what the LongStoryShort team has been up to recently:

- Shooting at the colourful studio of Emrys Architects with Associate Director, Matt Blackden
- Mitchell Bailey moving from his usual spot behind the camera to the hot seat, framing up an interview with architect Nick Delo at Stiff+Trevillion
- A round of pub golf around our locals to say goodbye to Frances Rankin (honourable mention to Sam Comerford’s ‘milk on the rocks’)
- Photographing office space at One Strand for Studio 185
- Lifestyle shoot around Nine Elms for an upcoming BTR film
- A trip to Cambridge to capture Durkan Homes’ sparkling new showhomes
- And a delicious lunch to welcome some new faces to the team.

Premium property deserves premium storytelling.

Pall Mall - one of London’s most prestigious addresses, at the heart of St James’s. Newly refurbished Cat-A space framed by an iconic skyline.

We were commissioned by Feldberg Capital, alongside their leasing partners , and to produce a visual package that does justice to the architecture and the address.
