I’ve loved my career but after taking a few bold moves, I how held back we can be. So why don’t we change it? Create new roles, a better organisation, a stronger culture? Combine experience with new skills and reshape how our world works.
I wake up every morning driven by the opportunity to transform teams. AI was going to happen either way - once I saw it, I knew it needed a different approach.
That was based on experience. Now every day I see the need for pretty core business skills to be part of the AI move. It can be led by the tech industry, or it can be led by a powerful team who get people, tech, economy and more.
