Bits from today

Mushroom 🍄‍🟫 Arancini, with pickled walnut ketchup (absolutely no ketchup goes near it)

Pan frying the chicken 🍗 Milanese now with a bit of butter, oil and rosemary. Small parmesan and 🚀 rocket salad to go with it.

Chargrilled radicchio and blood 🍊 dressing. Highly recommend probably our favourite. Think we will add it to our menu. Wood 🪵 fired radicchio would be cool.

Lastly scamorza and truffle polenta fries. Gotta be done and the truffle mayo… woah!! 😦
