Arole Ayájọ Ọba Oluwatimilehin Kehinde Abefe Falayi Fagbade I of London and Olori Kofoworola Falayi attended the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate on Chief Michael Adetokunbo Oluwagbenga Oshin, JP, in Stevenage, London. During the occasion, Arole Ayájọ Ọba Oluwatimilehin Kehinde Falayi held a brief meeting with former Stevenage Councillor, Councillor Akin Elekolusi. Their discussion centred on the importance of promoting, preserving, and celebrating our tradition, culture, and heritage, particularly within our communities in the diaspora. The 4th of September 2026 was a memorable and joyous day as the Arole Ayájọ Council of Ọba & Chiefs gathered in Birmingham, United Kingdom, to celebrate the birthday of Arole Ayájọ, His Royal Majesty Ọba Oluwatimilehin Kehinde Abefe Falayi Fagbade I of London. The occasion was marked by happiness, unity, honour and thanksgiving. Members of the Council joined together in a spirit of love and fellowship to celebrate His Royal Majesty and to give thanks to Almighty God for the gift of life, good health, wisdom and the opportunity to witness another remarkable year. Throughout the celebration, the atmosphere was filled with joy and goodwill. Birthday messages, telephone calls, greetings and heartfelt prayers continued to arrive from family members, friends, traditional leaders, associates, supporters and well-wishers from different parts of the world. The overwhelming expressions of love demonstrated the respect and goodwill enjoyed by His Royal Majesty among people at home and across the globe. Many of the prayers offered on the occasion centred upon long life, sound health, divine protection, greater wisdom, peace, prosperity and continued strength in service to humanity, culture and the community. The presence and support of the Arole Ayájọ Council of Ọba & Chiefs added special significance to the celebration. It was an opportunity not only to commemorate the birthday of His Royal Majesty but also to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, cultural heritage, traditional leadership and unity that exist within the Council. The celebration in Birmingham will remain a treasured memory. It was a day characterised by gratitude, friendship, royal fellowship, prayers and appreciation for the journey of life and the responsibilities of leadership. His Royal Majesty expressed profound appreciation to the Arole Ayájọ Council of Ọba & Chiefs and to everyone who celebrated with him, whether physically present or joining from afar through telephone calls, messages, prayers and other expressions of goodwill. AROLE AYÁJỌ ENGAGES WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF BEE IN THE WOOD, BRIGHTON

Arole Ayájọ, His Royal Majesty Ọba Oluwatimilehin Kehinde Abefe Falayi Fagbade I of London, recently met with representatives of BEE IN THE WOOD, Brighton, for a cordial and informative engagement focused on gaining a better understanding of the organisation, its purpose, activities and vision.

During the meeting, representatives of BEE IN THE WOOD shared valuable information about the organisation and discussed the principles, objectives and work that underpin its activities.

His Royal Majesty showed keen interest in learning more about the organisation and its contribution to the community. The discussion provided an opportunity for an initial exchange of ideas and opened the door for further engagement.

Following the meeting, Arole Ayájọ, His Royal Majesty Ọba Oluwatimilehin Kehinde Abefe Falayi Fagbade I of London, expressed his intention to pay a courtesy visit to BEE IN THE WOOD in Brighton in the near future.
