Naked West (a Fremantle label) is seeking a resourceful and driven team member to work on the BAFTA winning series Grand Designs for Channel 4.

We are looking for a talented Casting Assistant Producer with a strong track record who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key role in identifying compelling new builds and homeowners with extraordinary stories.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source credible projects using creativity and initiative
• Film and edit engaging taster tapes.
• Confidently pitch projects to the executive team
• Conduct thorough background checks and risk assessments
• Maintain excellent organisation across multiple projects
• Be available for occasional overnights as and when necessary

Requirements
• Proven experience in casting for factual or documentary programming
• Strong filming and editing skills
• A valid UK driving licence
• Grand Designs is a regional production and our office is in High Wycombe where you will be expected to base yourself when not filming.

· Looking for a creative Task Producer, confident coming up with a variety of task ideas and developing tasks. Must be organised with a great eye for detail and have set up experience.

· Must be creative and great at forward planning and experience securing tough access to businesses and locations.

· Experience setting up large complex shoots; including foreign
shoots, securing locations, businesses, experts, and props.

Looking for PDs for a popular returning BBC Fact Ent Business Series.

A non-shooting PD role - so ideally looking for PDs with experience directing and working with crews.

Must enjoy set up, as all PDs have ownership over their own episode, and will have 4 weeks prep pre filming to set up shoots, go on recces and manage your Researchers and APs.

Great eye for story and experience directing multiple contributors in a mixture of actuality and interviews in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing crew, your own team and contributors on location and in the office.

ROLE: Location researcher

A fantastic opportunity for experienced Location Researchers with a love of property and people to join a well-established, supportive and creative team committed to producing inspiring, entertaining, aspirational and heartfelt on-screen stories.

- Working in small teams, applicants must be pro-active, pleasant and extremely well organised, with great initiative for planning ahead and with an eye for detail when it comes to paperwork.
- Location Researchers are responsible for securing access to the beautiful properties featured on screen, so need a confident, charming and gently persuasive phone manner. Knowledge of UK property stock is a bonus.
- The role requires confident drivers with min 1 year experience.
- You will ideally have experience of supporting Shooting PDs and/or APs on location-based shows, as well as working with talent and contributors.
