A fantastic opportunity for experienced Location Researchers with a love of property and people to join a well-established, supportive and creative team committed to producing inspiring, entertaining, aspirational and heartfelt on-screen stories.

- Working in small teams, applicants must be pro-active, pleasant and extremely well organised, with great initiative for planning ahead and with an eye for detail when it comes to paperwork.
- Location Researchers are responsible for securing access to the beautiful properties featured on screen, so need a confident, charming and gently persuasive phone manner. Knowledge of UK property stock is a bonus.
- The role requires confident drivers with min 1 year experience.
- You will ideally have experience of supporting Shooting PDs and/or APs on location-based shows, as well as working with talent and contributors.

Naked West are looking for a JPM/Senior Coordinator to join BBC’s Escape to the Country

ROLE: JPM/ Senior Coordinator
DATES: 4th August 2025 - January 2026
BASE: High Wycombe

This will be a great opportunity for someone to join an established Production, taking responsibility for one of our spin off programmes which will be running alongside our main series.
Applicants will have the following experience:

·Working on daytime programmes and/or long running formats
·Ability to deal with changeable logistics
·Confidence with problem solving and a can-do attitude
·Dealing with talent
·Working closely with senior editorial team to keep across locations, props, edit requests, crew and talent requirements
·Managing elements of shoot budget (travel, accommodation, Location fees)
·Some experience with or an understanding of archive would be useful
·Experience looking after shooting teams and edits running simultaneously
·Proven track record of taking programmes from pre-production through to delivery
·Silvermouse delivery paperwork
·Albert tracking and reporting & implementing green policies
·Managing finances – POs, Invoices, credit card and float spends

This role will be based from our High Wycombe office and 3+ days per week in the office will be required (subject to shoot/prep requirements) so please ensure you are happy with regularly making this commute before applying.
