Ctrl+Alt+Create announces the acquisition of a 70% stake in All Blue World, the first startup studio dedicated to publishing and the cultural & creative industries in France, Europe and the United States, which generated $17 million in consolidated revenue in 2025.

Structured and supported by , New York, the transaction marks a major milestone for both groups and establishes All Blue World as the Cultural & Creative Industries startup studio within the Ctrl+Alt+Create ecosystem.

All Blue's story began in 2016 with a vision: to rethink the publishing industry by applying the methods, technologies and entrepreneurial models of the startup world.

Officially established in 2021 as a publishing house, All Blue has since undergone a profound transformation. Working alongside Solal, it evolved from a traditional publishing model into an integrated startup studio capable not only of publishing books, but of creating, developing and scaling brands, companies, technologies and new business models across the publishing industry.

Today, All Blue World brings together 8 companies across 5 integrated trades, covering the entire book value chain, from publishing and production to distribution, sales representation and bookselling.

The next chapter is about scale.

By joining Ctrl+Alt+Create, All Blue World gains access to a global company-building ecosystem spanning technology, AI, finance, talent, media, distribution and international development. In turn, All Blue brings its editorial expertise, infrastructure and distribution to the wider ecosystem.

The transaction also completes a major stage in the development of Ctrl+Alt+Create, a global venture studio at the head of an entrepreneurial ecosystem bringing together 5 startup studios, more than 70 operating companies and over 330 projects across 5 continents, with more than 120 companies planned within the year, spanning technology, regulated industries, next-generation education, real estate, and now cultural & creative industries.

The ambition is no longer simply to transform publishing. It is to build new companies, platforms, technologies, media and services across the cultural and creative industries, and take them international.

Ctrl+Alt+Create acquires a 70% stake in All Blue World. We become the Cultural & Creative Industries startup studio of the group.

We publish, and we build the companies that publishing needs. Editorial brands and lists, content production, distribution, sales representation, and a bookshop network now being built in the United States, France, the United Kingdom and Belgium. 8 companies across 5 integrated trades, covering the whole book value chain, $17M in consolidated revenue in 2025.

Our story began in 2016, with one idea: apply the methods, technologies and entrepreneurial models of the startup world to the book industry. Established in 2021 as a publishing house, we rebuilt the model alongside Solal, from a traditional publisher into an integrated startup studio.

We now join an ecosystem of 5 startup studios, more than 70 operating companies and over 330 projects, across 8 cities and 5 continents, with more than 120 companies planned within the year, spanning technology, AI, regulated industries, next-generation education and real estate.

The ambition is no longer simply to publish better. It is to build, from the book, new companies, platforms, technologies, media and experiences across the cultural and creative industries, and take them to international markets. Wider translation and adaptation for the authors we publish. Connected bookshops where the bookseller's advice stays at the centre. And 100 authors still to find for our 2027 lists, read in French and English, wherever they write.

During the , two companies within the Ctrl+Alt+Create ecosystem announced complementary initiatives in one of the world’s most rapidly evolving industries: the new space economy.

Inaya, our startup studio dedicated to regulated industries, is launching a New Space vertical to identify, structure and accelerate entrepreneurial projects across space technologies and infrastructure, satellites and telecommunications, Earth observation, orbital mobility and services, space data and AI, and new civil, industrial and commercial applications.
Its ambition is to turn advances in space technologies into companies, products and services addressing real economic and societal needs, from climate and agriculture to connectivity, security and resource management.

At the same time, Fakt Media, a Solal media company, announced the upcoming launch of Orbit Magazine, a new publication dedicated to the space economy, its technologies, companies, markets and the people shaping its future. Distribution across France will begin in 2027.

Together, these initiatives illustrate the approach behind Ctrl+Alt+Create: different parts of the ecosystem can address the same emerging market through complementary capabilities, from company building and technology to media, knowledge and ecosystem development.

The space economy is no longer defined solely by exploration. It is becoming a new field for technology, entrepreneurship, industry, investment and cooperation.

𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗹.

For months, a significant part of what we've been building has remained behind the scenes. From today, that begins to change.

Over the coming months, we'll make more than 100 announcements spanning new ventures and projects, media, technologies, products and services, new places and new countries, partnerships, opportunities and major developments across Solal and its companies.

Businesses will launch, projects that have been taking shape quietly will come to life, new technologies and concepts will be unveiled, and we'll enter new markets and open new locations. We'll also introduce new leaders and teams as the companies we are building move into their next stages of development.

Some of what we reveal will be a natural continuation of what we already do. Some will take Solal into entirely new areas. And some, we've deliberately kept under wraps until now.

More than a succession of announcements, the months ahead will gradually reveal the scale and diversity of what has been taking shape across Solal.

Last week, Solal attended La Rencontre des Entrepreneurs de France, organised by MEDEF International at Roland-Garros in Paris.

Two days of conversations around issues central to what we build: entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, funding, industrialisation, competitiveness and international growth.

Several themes particularly resonated with us.

🇪🇺 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲.
Ursula von der Leyen, the first President of the European Commission to address the REF, placed competitiveness at the heart of Europe’s agenda: simplification, the Single Market, investment, energy, AI, skills and greater European preference in strategic sectors.

The proposed EU Inc. / 28th regime is particularly relevant: making it easier to start a business matters, but enabling companies to operate across borders and scale throughout Europe matters just as much.

🤖 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.
This challenge was at the heart of “L’Europe n’a pas dit son dernier prompt”, with Octave Klaba of OVHcloud, Frédéric Mazzella of BlaBlaCar and France Digitale, alongside leaders from Revolut, AMI - Advanced Machine Intelligence and Euroclear.

Europe has world-class talent, research and entrepreneurs. The challenge here is to turn more of these strengths into companies able to scale and compete globally.

🏭 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.
Discussions around industry, energy, skills and sovereignty highlighted a fundamental reality: innovation creates its full value when it becomes a product, finds its market and can be deployed at scale.

🌍 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗲𝘁.
The discussions on international expansion and financing, including with MEDEF International, also strongly resonated with our approach. Markets, partners, funding, talent and international operations can be considered from the earliest stages of a company’s development.

This guides our work at Solal: not simply creating companies, but building the conditions for them to grow, scale and expand internationally.

Thank you to Patrick Martin, MEDEF International, the speakers and everyone we met for two days of valuable exchanges.

Because building a connected prototype is one thing. Turning it into a secure, certified, manufacturable product capable of reaching thousands or millions of units is another. That's the part of IoT we're built for.

The new website also gives a closer look at our engineering capabilities, the industries we serve, the way we take projects from concept to production, and our growing operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

✈️ Why are we building INAFLY?
People often ask us why we decided to build another travel company. The answer is simple. We didn't.

We set out to rethink how people access air travel.

For decades, airlines have evolved. Aircraft have evolved. Airports have evolved. Yet the way we book flights has barely changed.

Every trip starts the same way: searching, comparing, waiting, checking prices again. We believe travel should feel as natural as listening to music or watching a film. Simple. Predictable. Accessible.

That's the vision behind InaFly. We're not building another booking platform. We're building a new way to fly.

A journey from the family we're following closely. Bravo to Inaya Group and Inafly!

It all started in 2024 with a conversation. Like every new project in our studio, we began with one question: how do you reinvent an industry, rather than just improve it?

After FinTech, insurance, telecom, our field of reflection was aviation. A question surfaced quickly, almost naive: why do we still book flights the way we did 40 years ago? We subscribe to our music, our films, our software, our phone, our car. Why not to our travels? That's where Inafly was born. Not a new airline, not a new travel agency, but a new way to access air travel: one subscription, once a year, and the sky opens.

Inafly is being built within our startup studio today. Launching November 2026.
