নারী কীসে আটকায়?
এই যে মাথার উপরে একটা ভরসার হাত দেখতে পাচ্ছে- সে হাতের লোভের আটকায়।

যে হাত ছাঁয়া দেয়,
সম্মান দেয়,
মানসিক শান্তি দেয়,
সাপোর্ট দেয়।

যে হাত নারীকে আটকাতে চায়না,
যে হাত নারীকে প্রায়োরিটি দেয়না,
যে হাত থেকে নারী সুরক্ষা পায়না,সম্মান পায়না -
সে হাত নারী চায়না।

মেয়েটা ভীষণ পরিশ্রমী,
তার কথা, তার কাজ কে আমি যথেষ্ট সম্মান করি।

ছেঁড়া কাঁথায় শুয়ে লাখ টাকার স্বপ্ন না দেখে,
পরিশ্রম করা শিখুন,লাখ টাকা দুয়ারে এসে যাবে।

চিরদিন কেউ পাশে থাকার প্রতিজ্ঞা নিয়ে জীবনে আসেনা।
আজ বা কাল যে কোন মূহুর্তে যে কোন কিছু ঘটে যেতে পারে।
সব রকম পরিস্থিতি সামলে নিজেকে যেন অবিচল রাখতে পারে,
ভাইয়ার এমন পরিস্থিতি তে যেন নিজেকে শক্ত রাখতে পারে,
তাদের দুজনের জন্য দোয়া।

Bangladesh’s motorsport scene witnessed a historic moment as the nation’s first and only female racing driver, Kashfia Arfa, made her mark in the Asian Auto Gymkhana Championship 2024 Round 2. Overcoming challenges with a new car and layout, she secured an impressive P6 finish in the Mix-doubles category, competing against tough international contenders.

Expressing her pride and gratitude, Kashfia shared, "This is just the beginning! A lot more to come!" She credited her success to the unwavering support from the Automobile Association of Bangladesh and her captain and mentor Rahman Rasel. Additionally, she thanked Arhaam Rahaman for introducing her to this thrilling journey.

Her participation not only elevates Bangladesh’s presence on the motorsport map but also serves as an inspiration for young girls across the country. Kashfia hopes her journey motivates others to chase their dreams in motorsport, a field where women’s representation is still growing.
