Strong technical foundation in Pro Tools, Logic, or Ableton
A solid portfolio of mixes or recordings that show clarity, creativity, and taste
Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with artists across genres
Clear communication, punctuality, and a strong grasp of session etiquette
