The BBC filmed at ADHD AF+ Charity Manchester ADHD Group last night 📺

The crew interviewed facilitator Gillian the Civilian plus several attendees and I as part of a feature on ADHDAF+ Charity new Trustee and her incredible book: Menopause and ADHD - how to navigate hormone flux and neurodivergence

It’s been amazing to watch this group flourish from the sidelines, so it was really wonderful to finally meet everyone and get to see first hand the empowerment gained from connecting local ADHD adults

Tonight concludes our 13 free in-person ADHD Peer Support Groups for June with the final 2 in Blackpool and Edinburgh.
