I watched Chelsea match against Brighton from beginning to the end I discovered that:
1. Sanchez is good making saves but he gives away the ball too easily by his poor foot work and distribution.
2. Palmer is very composed, he has a similar playing style like Angelo who was sent on loan to Strasbourg. Palmer doesn't panick when with the ball, he calms play, move away from a region of too much opposition players and give good passes.
3. Cucurella was superb today. People that always wanted him out never gave him a second chance. Cucurella didn't perform excellently doesn't means he can't perform better this season. The coach gave him his first start this season against Brighton, Cucurella made great interceptions, tackles and clearances. To be frank he was so so magnificent.
4. Caicedo and Ugochukwu were fantastic. Caicedo make some fantastic interceptions and he is cool while with the ball and knows how to pull out from opposition territory. Ugochukwu is a good tackler and does some dirty jób like Kante.
5. Iaan Maasten should be starting in the wing position ahead of Sterling because he is decisive, knows how to calm the tempo and makes so great push into the box.
6. Jackson tried today but he should not always go on a solo run Everytime and get dispossessed of the ball. He should check around for his closet team mate and deliver a cool pass.
7. Mudyrk also loves giving decisive passes but he has to control the ball better and know how to take opposition players away from the ball. They easily get the ball from him, he needs to learn a new technique 😁.
Not forgetting that Chilwell was good too and he also helped moving the ball forward.
Chelsea will get more better when our injured players are back.
