This business centre between Tido Primary School and Mbeme Primary School in Kisumu East is a masterclass in how not to plan development. Empty shops. Silent corridors. Landlords waiting. Customers nowhere to be seen. 🤦🏾‍♂️
A shopping centre without people is just an expensive monument. 😂
