I didn't think I'd be rushing back to a family friendly campsite any time soon but here we are!
Sleningford Watermill definitely exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved spending the whole day exploring the river and there was so much space to find a secluded, peaceful spot for a swim.
I nearly didn't bother inflating the SUP but I'm so glad I did. I had so much fun on "the rapids" and then paddling further downstream where the river settled down.

Scandibox Sauna in Sheffield is a little slice of peace and relaxation in the middle of the city.

A glorious swim spot in Saxby, Lincolnshire. The locals may fall out with me for sharing this one but it's too nice to gatekeep.

Back in February we had a trip to Dumfries and Galloway. 4 wild swim spots, 1 sauna and loads of cute red deer - I loved it!

We stayed at the activity centre on Loch Ken and appeared to be the only ones staying there.

I do dip all year round so I'm used to cold temps and I use my neoprene boots and gloves for protection & warmth when needed. Winter dipping gives you an incredible feeling but it's definitely not for everyone and extra care must be taken. Feel free to DM me for winter dip tips if you're thinking of giving it a go!
