The singer also applauded Stranger Things star Brown’s work ethic and her relationship with his son. “She’s a sweetheart and she’s a hard worker. I tell her all the time how much I admire her because her work ethic is unbelievable,” he said. “They got married very young but we blessed it because we get it, they’re sorta mature beyond their years. An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman told the newspaper: “We were called at 10.30 am on Friday to attend to a patient who had sustained an injury at Leavesden Studios in Watford. An ambulance was sent to the scene, and the patient was transported to hospital for further care.”

The French president, and his wife plan to present scientific evidence to a US court to prove that Brigitte Macron was not born a man, the lawyer representing them in a defamation suit has said.

The couple filed the suit in July against rightwing influencer and her business, alleging continuing defamatory attacks against them in order to boost the profile of her media platform, gain more audience and make money. Owens said last year she would “stake [her] entire professional reputation on the fact that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man” named Jean-Michel Trogneux, and has since doubled down on the false claim, including in an eight-part podcast series.

The Macrons’ lawyer, Tom Clare, said: “Expert testimony will come out that will be scientific in nature.” He did not reveal what nature the testimony would take, but said the couple were prepared to demonstrate fully, “both generically and specifically,” that the claims were untrue.

Four people have been arrested after images of alongside deceased s*x offender Jeffrey Epstein were projected onto Windsor Castle, where the US president is set to be hosted by King Charles during his state visit to Britain. Trump arrived in Britain late last night, Tuesday 16 September, for an unprecedented second state visit, and will be greeted by Charles today for a day of pomp at Windsor Castle, about 25 miles west of London.

Earlier on Tuesday, protesters unfurled a massive banner featuring a photograph of Trump and Epstein near Windsor Castle, and later projected several images of the two onto one of the castle’s towers. The police said in a statement that four adults were arrested on suspicion of malicious communications after an “unauthorised projection” at Windsor Castle, which they described as a “public stunt.” The four remain in custody.

Two state terrorism charges against Luigi Mangione, who is accused in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare’s chief executive last year, were dismissed on Tuesday, including one that charged him with first-degree murder.

The judge overseeing the case, Gregory Carro, said he had found the evidence behind the charges “legally insufficient.” Mr. Mangione, 27, is still charged with second-degree murder.

The shooting of the executive, Brian Thompson, in Midtown Manhattan in December was one of a flurry of high-profile killings and attempted killings that have swept through American public life.

Speaking to The Irish Times about her new album, Girl Violence, the genderqueer singer ,who uses she/they pronouns, said that to be LGBTQ+ in America right now was a “tough bag,” before admitting that she loved the “queer themes” behind the ‘Harry Potter’ stories.

“You know what the irony is?” King went on to ask. “She wrote eight books about children having autonomy and the ability to make their own choices, which is possibly the most trans thing I’ve ever heard. She could have had these books go down as some of the greatest young-adult writing in the world – all she had to do was shut the f**k up.” Rowling’s views were “spitting in the space of [the author’s] fandom,” they added. “That said, I still love Harry Potter.”
