In this entertaining and informative one-part documentary, Nick explores and participates in traditional Japanese wellbeing practices, visiting natural waterfalls and spending time in Mount Kōya meditating with the monks. Whilst immersing himself in some less traditional methods, from crying therapy, to the Okayama ‘Naked Man Ceremony’, as there are many ways to explore well-being in Japan, and one of them, is to fight for it.
