This was our main mixing and mastering machine in Studio 2 til we upgraded to M3 Max MacBook Pros this summer. These machines sell for around £1500 on backmarket and are still extremely useful particularly for plugins that don’t play nice with Apple Silicon, so grab yourself a bargain. All formatted and fully tested except the keyboard which we don’t vouch for!

PRODUCER OPPORTUNITY - SATURDAY & SUNDAY STUDIO SHARE SLOTS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL

Lightship 95 is seeking a producer or engineer to join our community of studio sharers at the weekends, as some slots have become available from the beginning of April in our mix room. The room is acoustically treated to a high standard, and benefits from natural light and river views. It is equipped with a high-end mixing setup, as follows:

ATC SCM25A monitors
Genelec 7030 subwoofer
Heritage Audio RAM 2000 monitor controller
Antelope Orion Studio Interface
Manley Variable-Mu Compressor/Limiter
Amek EQ
Wes Audio SSL style 500 series bus compressor

Kitchenette with espresso machine, grinder and arabica beans included. And it’s on a ship with river views.

We’ve built a few studios now and this is the finest-sounding mix room we’ve created. It’s a great opportunity to take your mixing career to the next level.

The sharing system works as follows: 1 month trial followed by a 6 month contract, or rolling contract with 2 month break clause and rent review after 6 months. You’ll pay £100+VAT per month for a 4 hour slot you get to use each week, unless you switch it with another sharers. Slots currently available are Saturday night 6pm-10pm, Sunday 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm. Mics are available to hire from the Studio 1 mic locker. Get in touch now!
