What a year… Plenty of rewarding hard yakka, set against the fascinating, unpredictable, occasionally bizarre shifts of an industry. We’ve taken on our fair share of challenges in production and in the edits; crafting, re-versioning, often so many times. Then the results themselves, a tonne learned, peppered with the moments of triumph we basically live for; each brief its own small odyssey, and who knows which way we will wend next?

So, cheers 2025, and here’s to loads of anticipation for the year, and journey, ahead!

The Craft Behind the Harrods Collection: Wooden Toys uncovers the patience, skill and heritage behind every handmade piece, following sustainable Polish timber as it becomes miniature buses, cars and tiny Green Men built to last for generations.

We filmed and edited this story, capturing the quiet magic inside a family workshop where everything is shaped, sanded and finished by hand.

It’s been six years since Harrods last posted on YouTube.

We were asked to make a pilot series to mark their return to the channel, and to rich, long-form storytelling - celebrating the art of craftsmanship and provenance at the heart of the brand.

Through four episodes, we journey to makers and ateliers across the UK and Europe, uncovering the skill, care, and heritage behind each creation. From intricate processes to enduring traditions, every story reveals the dedication it takes to produce Harrods branded objects of truly exceptional quality.
