NEXT GEN ENDS ON A 10-YEAR HIGH

The latest and last of our Autocar-Courland Next Generation Award winners, Lewis Campbell, has finished his final work placement, bringing our decade-long careers competition to a very successful conclusion. Next year, we begin a new and different project, Autocar Drivers of Change, in co-operation with the automotive executive search company Ennis & Co.

However, all of us at Autocar look back on Next Gen’s achievements with pleasure and pride. We celebrate its winners once again and wish them all continued success. And we thank our generous sponsors for their enormous contribution in helping young people find fulfilling careers in a wonderful industry. Congratulations all!
Steve Cropley, editor-in-chief.
