Congratulations to all at on the successful launch of ‘Börje - The Journey of a Legend’! 🙌

The six-part drama series, starring as legendary hockey player Börje Salming, was an instant hit with critics and audiences this weekend. Launching on Sunday 19th November, the premiere episode was the most watched original series on in Sweden, ever! Not only that, the episode achieved a linear audience of 400,000 overnight viewers on TV3.

‘Börje - The Journey of a Legend’ is a six-part drama series created and directed by , loosely based on the life of the hockey legend. The series depicts Börje Salming’s journey from a young boy in Kiruna, via his breakthrough in Brynäs, to his professional career with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He became one of the first Europeans to play in the NHL. Börje Salming was personally involved in the project all the way until he tragically passed away from the disease ALS on November 24 last year.
