The Old Guard 2, featuring work by Scanline VFX - Powered by Netflix, begins streaming on Netflix July 2!

To celebrate our work on the film, Scanline hosted a special screening followed by an in-depth Q&A with our own VFX Supervisor Adam Balentine, the film’s overall VFX Supervisor Charlie Iturriaga, and filmmaker Victoria Mahoney.

Together, they unpacked Scanline's key sequences including the film’s high octane opening. Victoria offered insights into her creative process, and how she worked with the VFX team to bring her vision to life. The trio had a candid and insightful conversation about the back-and-forth collaboration, and also took questions from the audience.

Congratulations to the incredible Scanline artists and technicians who helped bring this action-packed sequel to life!

Andor Season 2 is now streaming, and Scanline VFX is proud to return, following our Emmy-nominated VFX work on Season 1.

In its Season Two review, Forbes hails Andor as a "masterpiece, some of the best ‘Star Wars’ ever made," while Vulture proclaims it "a miracle, and we’d be so lucky if we see something like it ever again."

It’s no surprise the critically acclaimed drama now holds the highest Rotten Tomatoes score of any live-action Star Wars series—or film.

Scanline VFX's first collaboration with Netflix Mexico and we couldn't be more excited!

Here's the official trailer for the upcoming sci-fi series The Eternaut (El Eternauta), based on the Argentinian comic book, shot in Argentina and directed by Argentinian helmer Bruno Stagnaro.

Stream it on Netflix on April 30th.

Kudos to the research team at our sister company Eyeline Studios. Their latest research paper, Go-with-the-Flow, will be presented at !

Based on their research we believe this could allow artists in the future to leverage these new techniques to direct the motion in generated videos, empowering creative control in a wide range of video applications: cut-and-drag animation, transferring movement between videos, first frame editing, camera control via depth warping, and text-to-video 3D scene creation.
