In need of travel inspiration? The Living360 lifestyle team at APL Media created a multi-channel campaign with Macao Tourism earlier this year to position the culturally rich special administrative region as a premier destination for UK travellers of all ages.

Taking in everything from Macao’s historical legacy to its gastronomic offerings and exciting events calendar, the six-week campaign was created in close collaboration and presented an authentic and enticing deep-dive into the region through a creative content strategy across digital and print media.

Highlights of the campaign include:

🔹A narrative guide feature article, hosted on the Living360 website and written by an experienced journalist who experienced the destination first-hand.
🔹 Social media promotion with organic as well as paid content following three separate themes: unveiling history, unveiling entertainment and Macao unveiled.
🔹 Digital display ads on Living360 and telegraph.co.uk alongside complete homepage takeovers on independent.co.uk.
🔹 A just under five-minute-long video was hyperlinked to visually immerse audiences in the destination.

⚽Made to Move: APL Media’s lifestyle branch, Living360, has launched its ongoing Made to Move campaign to address the challenges women face in sport, while encouraging greater participation and promoting the benefits of an active lifestyle.

This is achieved by focusing on the three key barriers preventing women from getting more involved:

🎽 Clothing
🍎Nutrition
⭕Menstruation

The campaign presents deep dives into each topic through a series of online features, each of which is complimented by interviews with leading figures in the field, including Olympic medallist Lizzie Deignan and Fara Williams, former player for England’s women’s senior national football team, the Lionesses.

The campaign opened with an exposé on how men were mainly considered in research for the effects of nutrition on the sporting performance including insight from registered nutritionist Dr Hazel Wallace on how to fuel properly as a woman for high-intensity movement.
