Really proud of this one.

We've been producing a suite of assets for Pacific Basin's Graduate Trainee Programme.

The brief? Make something that felt nothing like a typical recruitment video. So instead of manufactured enthusiasm, we built the whole thing around real graduates telling their real stories, shot across London and Hong Kong, and woven together with authentic self-shot footage from trainees living the experience around the world.

Cinematic documentary interviews, motion graphics to help key moments land, and genuinely unscripted moments from people who are out there doing it.

Huge thanks to the team at Pacific Basin for having us on board. 🙌
