Hair extensions have become a very popular necessity for many women, but not always one method is good for everyones hair type. with more than 10 years experience in solely extending hair I have put together 9 very popular ways of adding beautiful extensions whilst leaving minimal damage.... so there is a method for everyone to feel comfortable with. Hair extensions can be used to add length and volume or just volume for very fine hair, I also specialize in Medi extensions which can be fitted discretely to areas lacking volume and ladies with extremely fine hair will benefit from having ultra fine medi extensions to thicken up there limp hair. Human hair extensions have come along way since they were first introduced, now there are many lengths textures and qualities to choose from. The most popular being Indian hair as it is so thick and versatile... and yet still affordable. Whilst the all time favourite and most luxurious has to be Russian hair!! thought of the 'creme de la creme' of hair extensions they suit the most softest of hair and can last years with the right care and maintenance... so whilst the price tag may be of a shock they are a worthwhile investment... remember if you see Russian hair extensions being offered cheap... its most likely far to good to be true. I use a good selection of different types of hair to suit different textures, which can be discussed upon a free consultation, however please be rest assured I do not use cheap chinese hair extensions. All hair is raw virgin hair (uncoloured and untreated) up until the point of colour match, the cuticles on the hair all face the same natural direction which allows the hair to flow naturally and not tangle as much, the hair can be coloured, heated and treated, and also you can swim in the sea and swimming pools. Depending on the method of extensions your extensions can last in at one time between 4 weeks and 3 months before needing maintenance (pushed up), most hair can be re-used time and time again and I charge between ÂŁ50-ÂŁ100 for maintenance sessions with the same hair, this is a very important part of having extensions as it keeps them neat, tidy and also helps protect your own hair. When people have bad things to say about extensions its usually either because they had an unqualified person apply them or they didnt maintain them in the correct way.
