Insanity has appointed multiple new talent managers and continues to bolster its roster with multiple Gen Z talent signings. The company welcome’s Rosie Clarkson, Blaise Kelly, Akeisha Fraser and Kareem Francis. 
 
Rosie Clarkson started her talent management career at Gleam Futures where she worked across talent such as Mrs Hinch, Megan Ellaby and Emily Norris. She later landed at HLD Talent where she managed established creators such as Suzie Bonaldi, Emily Blackwell and Meggan Grubb, who have all joined her roster at Insanity with the addition of Niall Kirkland.
 
Blaise Kelly started her career as an agent at Milk Management working across models and content creators including Gustavo Milton, Lucy Georgia, and Sophie Piper. Since joining Insanity, Blaise has built an exciting roster of creators including Phoebe Beckett, Karina Marriot, Grace Booth and Romany Henry.
 
Akeisha Fraser and Kareem Francis both join Insanity from 22Sounds, where together they developed an exciting roster of Gen Z creators, collaborating with broadcasters such as digital-first Channel 4.0. Akeisha continues to manage creator Ben Oke and Kareem arrives with long standing Gen Z creator client Benzo and has since signed Solomon Ian Sangala and Tristan Jones.

We are dedicated to the careers of each of our clients and adopt a 360 degree approach to management across the music, broadcast, and sport industries. In music we manage a clients recording, publishing, and live contracts whilst proactively managing PR, branding and day-to-day. In broadcast we focus on the areas of television, radio, press, voiceovers, live bookings, brand management and image rights. And, in sport we utilise the knowledge and expertise of our licensed agents to manage on field contracts whilst our team of experienced talent managers oversee a wealth of commercial opportunities.

Our clients are signed to both major and independent record labels and publishing companies, whilst in sport we are proud to represent international and academy level talent alike. In broadcast, we have clients employed by every major terrestrial broadcaster including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 and Five. We also work closely with the digital networks, as well as major radio broadcasters including BBC Radio 1, Capital FM, 1xtra, and Kiss FM.

Over the years, we have worked to build our clients as global brands, utilising our international relationships in markets including, Europe, Asia, Australia and the US.
