Happy World Environment Day from 3 Mills Studios! 🌱✨

We're excited to celebrate this day by looking back on one year's progress of the rewilding of our wildflower meadow, lovingly named 'Broome's Blooms' after our retired Facilities Manager.

Our wildflower meadow is not just a beautiful space to enjoy a break from work, but a habitat for local wildlife and pollinators. By rewilding this area, we’re enhancing biodiversity and creating a thriving ecosystem right here at the studios. It's a small but special part of what we're working toward at the studio, one wildflower at a time 🌿🌼.

We continue to work with the BFC and Film London as part of their studio sustainability round tables and participate in BAFTA We Are ALBERT's annual Studio Sustainability Standard. These are fantastic avenues to share information and best practices, that we encourage our fellow studios to explore alongside us!

We’re delighted to receive our Studio Badge and Rating of ‘Very Good’ in the BAFTA albert Studio Sustainability Standard 2024.

As a participant from the first iteration last year, The Standard helps us focus on where we can make improvements to reduce our environmental impact, and we're excited to continue this year-on-year.

We're proud to continue our support for the Director: Fiction category at the British Academy Television Craft Awards for the ninth year running. Just take a look at the fantastic calibre of nominees below!

We are also delighted to see that Sid Gentle Films's Extraordinary (Disney +) is nominated for BAFTA Television Best Scripted Comedy, as well as its two lead actresses, Máiréad Tyers and Sofia Oxenham, both up for Female Performance in a Comedy. The fantastic series was filmed here at 3 Mills!

An East London specialist camera services company, they supply camera tracking vehicles, remote heads and drones and have a wealth of experience working with commercials, films, music promos and television.
