Sous chef you will be an integral component to the smooth running of the Kitchen. You will ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Sous, you will be a hands-on Chef, working in the thick of it during the service. You will report directly to the Head Chef and Exec chef and you will be a leader and mentor to junior members of staff.
Your Experience and requirements:
You will be a sous chef with at least 2 years prior experience, ideally, you will come from an AA Rosette background or a high-end fine dining restaurant this is not a deal-breaker we are looking for chefs from all backgrounds. You will have experience with serving volume and not compromising in standards. This is a hands-on role so you will be willing to lead from the front. More than anything you will be an energetic person with a ‘Can-do’ attitude.
Your Future:
