David Bowie – Serious Moonlight Tour 1983 Limited Edition of 500 Triple-LP on Red/Black Splatter Vinyl.
This unmissable triple album showcases David Bowie’s concert at the Montreal Forum, on 13 July 1983, during the Serious Moonlight Tour.
This was the second of a two-night stand at the Canadian venue, both of which rewarded audiences with fan favourites spanning thirteen studio albums, from 1969’s self-titled second album, all the way to the (then) present hits from Let’s Dance.
Featured across three discs are a total of 28 tracks, including classics such as Rebel Rebel, “Heroes”, Life On Mars?, Golden Years, Fashion, Let’s Dance, Station to Station, Ashes to Ashes, Space Oddity, Young Americans, Fame, The Jean Genie and many more.
The Serious Moonlight Tour began in May 1983 in support of Let’s Dance. The tour opened at the Vorst Forest Nationaal, Brussels, on 18 May 1983 and ended in the Hong Kong Coliseum on 8 December 1983; 15 countries visited, 96 performances, and over 2.6 million tickets sold.
