A huge thank you to everyone who came to our first Afterclass event at last week!

To celebrate one year of Club WIP and ten years (!) of Sounds Like These we’re launching Afterclass - a series of after-school presentations from audio professionals.

Join us for our first event - learning about the world of music and sound design for visual media.

We’ll be running you through recent projects for & and answering audience questions about the process of working in the industry.

If you’re a student, freelancer or musician getting started in the industry - this is for you!

Tickets are free (with optional charity donation) but space is limited.

Who’d have thought it - Sounds Like These is TEN years old! 🎈🎂

From all those years spent working in our bedrooms, to our first ever studio in a ‘quirky’ warehouse, our second (much loved!) home at , and our current resting place at where we launched .wip - it’s been a ride 🚗.
 
Thanks to all our friends, clients (and group therapist) who have been with us through the many great projects and helped us keep going this long 💗. 

Special mentions to our university lecturer and mentor (), our first ever client (), the family ( .allen._) and beloved freelancers ( aaronn_mmayy) 🥰.

Say hello to our new(ish) home at .studios 👋

After three beautiful years at , it was time to build our own space in Shoreditch 🏠 

Led by , we turned an empty space into several adaptable recording, production and mixing suites alongside an office - all connected for maximum collaboration and creative options 🎵 

It’s been the perfect place for us to make work we’re truly proud of - in a space that our creatives, collaborators and clients want to spend time in, alongside growing our community and launching our monthly .wip events (held underneath the studio at ). 

A huge thank you to and everyone at Strongroom for their support in making it happen 🙌
