The UK’s leading provider of filmmaking courses for young people aged 6-20. Young Film Academy (YFA) is the UKʼs leading provider of filmmaking courses, schools film making programmes, community filmmaking projects, film making outreach events and kids film parties to young people aged 6-19. Based

in London, and now in our 10th year, we work nationwide to help 7,500 young people complete their first digital films, from West End-premiered movies to curriculum-linked film projects in schools. YFA designs and delivers high quality educational film projects for the UKʼs largest arts institutions, right down to small groups of kids who just want to have fun making movies or hosting film making parties at home...

Young Film Academy is thrilled to announce a ONCE-IN-A-GENERATION celebration during movie awards season 2026, bringing together standout young filmmaking talent from across YFA programmes since 2016 🎥

This is the BIGGEST, boldest, most star-studded LIVE event in YFA history 🪩

Think red carpet.
Think nostalgia.
Think goosebumps.

10 years, 10 categories - all judged by world-class industry experts, including the Executive Producer of the Netflix smash-hit S*X EDUCATION as well as an Audience Award for Best Comedy, decided by YOU. 🏆

On 28 February 2026, nominees and guests will celebrate at London’s historic Genesis Cinema - once home to Charlie Chaplin’s live performances - with red-carpet glamour, big prizes, and an unforgettable after-party. 💫

The best films and performances from 10 years of the annual YFA Awards will go head-to-head in 10 categories to claim the All Star title, and the million dollar question will finally be answered – what is the best YFA film EVER made? 🎬

The YFA AWARDS: ALL STARS is the ultimate celebration of the best of the past ten years - and the launchpad for a whole new era. ✨
