If your children are not biologically your husband’s,

Stop hiding under excuses.

🇬🇧UK Student Ra-ping Women Instead of Studying. He Used His Intelligence for Harm

To the outside world, he looked successful.

A PhD student.
Well-spoken.

Living in a luxury flat in London.
Paying £4,000 a month in rent.

But behind that image was something far darker.
Zhenhao Zou, a Chinese national, used charm, alcohol, and drvgs to ra-pe women who were unconscious.

Over four years:

Three women were r***d in London
Seven more were r***d in China

Police now believe the true number may be much higher
Since his conviction, 24 additional women have come forward.

Zou didn’t act impulsively.
He planned.
He filmed the attacks.

Kept a trophy box of women’s belongings.
Recorded nine of the r**es while victims were unconscious.

In court, the judge said he wore a “charming mask” -
but beneath it was a man who viewed women as objects, not people.

She told him plainly:

“You planned and executed a campaign of ra-pe.”
“You treated these women callously.”
“You have no understanding of consent.”

The videos shown in court were so distressing that people watching wept.

Victims spoke of losing trust in humanity.
Of fear that never leaves.
Of memories etched permanently into their lives.

Zou was convicted of:

11 counts of r**e
Voyeurism
False imprisonment
Possession of drugs with intent to commit sexual offences
Possession of extreme pornographic material

Sentence:

👉 Life imprisonment
👉 Minimum of 24 years before parole

This story is not about nationality.
It is not about education.
It is about power, control, and abuse of trust.

It is also about the system:

Patterns were identified
Evidence was gathered
Victims were believed
Justice, though late, was delivered

For students, migrants, and young people living abroad, this is a hard truth:

👉 Intelligence does not equal morality
👉 Status does not equal safety
👉 Consent must always be clear, conscious, and freely given
👉 Silence does not protect predators - reporting does

For survivors:

The system listened.
And it acted.

UK Life. Lunch Quietly Became Dinner

I have two boys.
One loves winter.
The other prefers summer.

It’s a steady family argument - and I enjoy it.

As the seasons rotate, each one tries to punch holes in the other’s favourite season while promoting the best bits of his own.
All good fun.

I try not to take sides - even though cold is not my thing,
and summer leaves you stuck at home with the kids.

So we move on…
Until last month.

One afternoon, I went to pick them up from after-school club.
Lunch had quietly turned into dinner.

They greeted me with:
“Good evening, Daddy.”

That was new.
Then came the real question.

“Daddy, why are you late?”
I smiled.
“I’m not late,” I said.
“It’s the season. Night comes early.”

They looked confused.

Stop & Search Sent Him To Jail in the UK 🇬🇧
Don't Be Like Him, Especially if you are a Student.

It happened in broad daylight.

Around 1:50pm, on a normal afternoon in Reading, a teenage boy was stabbed twice in the leg on Bridge Street.

No warning.
No long argument.
Just violence.

The injuries were not life-threatening - but the consequences that followed were very real.

After a stop and search, police found:

A knife tucked into a waistband
Large quantities of he**in
Crack co***ne
Evidence of intent to supply Class A drugs

The man involved, Nathan Cisse, later pleaded guilty to:

Possession of a bladed article
Possession with intent to supply he**in and crack co***ne
Grievous bodily harm with intent

There was no debate in court.
No dramatic defence.

The system followed its process.

Sentenced at Reading Crown Court on September 1:
👉 Six years and two months in prison

This story isn’t about headlines.

🇬🇧 Life in the UK: The Health Check That Made Me Pause.

I just did my NHS health check.
Like I do every year but this one is much more.
The preliminary results came back fine - except my weight.

I’m at 83kg.
The recommendation is 80kg considering my height.
But honestly, I want to take it down to 74kg.

What affected the result?

Not one big thing - but many small ones:

How I work.
How fast I walk.
What I eat.
How much I drink.
My exercise routine.
The type of exercise.
And plenty of “never mind” attitudes.

This check was comprehensive - covering almost everything except eyes, ears, nose, and cancer, which can be booked separately.
