Meteor Events

Meteor Events Meteor Events was born to be different; every event that we deliver is unique and we absolutely love working on bespoke events.

The Meteor Events Charter ensures that we adopt a consistent yet flexible approach to working with you, and in answer to “Why?” we make reference to Price, Perfection and Partnerships! Price
We are all watching costs at the moment. Our team make it their personal responsibility to ensure that you pay a reasonable price for your event; whether this relates to our direct services, sourcing venues an

d suppliers or purely negotiating with existing suppliers on your behalf. Our pricing model means:

• You will only pay for our time
• We will never mark up any items that we source on your behalf
• We negotiate the best price possible and pass savings directly on to you

Perfection
We will work tirelessly with you to agree a detailed project brief that is reviewed and updated regularly. This ensures that we deliver what you want, rather than our perception of what you would like. Please refer to our Showcase page for details of our past successes. Partnerships
Communication, honesty and integrity are essential to the delivery of any event. This is why we work closely with client to build legacy relationships by working within the team responsible for overseeing the event wherever possible. In addition we work closely with carefully selected suppliers to source services for your events. We ensure that each supplier adheres to our Supplier Service Charter and we use these suppliers to obtain great deals on your behalf.

City & Guilds Leaders Conference 2012 For the third year in a row we were contracted by City & Guilds and asked to design, plan and deliver their 2012 Leaders Conference.

Quality being the key theme of the event we were tasked with creating a unique event design, set build and delegate experience, which would stand out from other events.

We focused on creating a sense of journey for the delegates that would convey the theme in many ways throughout the day, not only visually but also in the delegate experience. The East Wintergarden venue has a large amount of open space which was perfect in allowing us to create an unusual and powerful set which mimicked and re-enforced the City & Guilds brand and the company ethos ‘Believe you can’.

The event was a great success with an exceptional presentation from Richard Reed (owner of Innocent) helping the event to really create an impact on delegates while delivering the key aims and messages stipulated by City & Guilds in the event brief.

We look forward to seeing what City & Guilds will ask us to do next year.

Meteor was very pleased with the City & Guilds leader conference we organised last week. The key speaker Richard Reed (owner of Innocent Smoothy) was fantastic and really inspiring. Now we need to start thinking about making next years event even better. Photos to come.
