Today marks the release of a new Speakman single 'DO.U.C' - and its a proper banger, overflowing with visceral club energy, ravey synths and shuffly breaks topped off with hard-hitting vocal chops. The Live footage included here is from a recent festival the boys performed at in Stockholm.

It does indeed - this track is only going to get bigger and bigger it’s that good. Great records can take serious time to build and need space to breathe and grow.… there I’ve said it and now have to work harder to make it so!!

We’ve been asked an awful lot about this release and rightly so as it’s simply stunning. Suffice to say we’re very excited to release it and complete this Trilogy. Essential listening…

Here it is; the final, third piece in the breakbeat trilogy that started with Transference, then With You and now Stay.

These productions are conceptually tied together as explorations of emotional and cinematic story-telling with various styles of broken-beat production as their foundation.

Stay started out as a sudden spark of inspiration - the chords and vocal snippets setting the tone. Over time it took on many forms and now they're all available on this release.

Thank you to Johnny Hudson at Music To Die For for helping me distill my ideas and suggesting this trilogy be part of a much larger project... watch this space... xx
