At Unmasked - on Saturday September 20 - from 17:00 to 19:00, we’re opening the event with something special:

An open discussion led by 69db — one of the founding members of Spiral Tribe and one of the original architects of the European free party movement.
Seb will be joined by Steph from Dance Culture — a driving force behind a forward-thinking, community-led vision of rave. She brings raw insight, deep cultural knowledge, and a genuine love for the movement.

This is a rare chance — especially for the younger generation — to speak, be heard, and exchange ideas with one of the true underground pioneers. Someone who has been shaping rave culture from the frontlines since the early ‘90s.
Let’s talk about the challenges we face in the scene today — and how we move forward, together.

�On September 20, we’re going 12 hours non-stop at Distillery n.17, hosting a living legend of the underground: 69db LIVE.

Sebastian is a true pioneer of the rave culture. From the tribal chaos of Spiral Tribe to the mind-melting frequencies of R-Zac with Crystal distortioN he’s been ripping apart and reinventing the rules of live electronic music since 1991! 🏴‍☠️

🔥 Co-founder of the legendary Network23recordings.
🔥 One of the original architects of the European free party movement.
🔥 A master of live, improvised sonic alchemy — raw, hypnotic, unpredictable.

In the last year alone, he’s dropped sold-out vinyl bombs on PRSPCT Recordings and Sound Metaphors, launched a reissue series that flew off the shelves, and debuted Wave Arising — a next-level fusion of hard tribal techno and dub techniques that’s been blowing minds across Europe.

Dekmantel called his new set one of the standout performances of 2024 — and we’re bringing that same raw energy straight to you!

The time has come - Saturday, 20th September.

We’re proud to welcome to London after so many years three members of the legendary Spiral Tribe crew — 90’s icons of the free party rave resistance and true pioneers of UK and Europe underground culture! 🏴‍☠️

Behind the decks - 69db live and Ixindamix live — two original forces in Spiral Tribe’s revolutionary legacy. On the mic, the unmistakable MC Scallywag, bringing his fire and presence back to the heart of the dance.

Completing the line-up is Italian full force Kris Panik of the mighty Okupe Prod crew — Entropy, resident of Faktion 23 the monumental London rave crew known for their illegal raves — Unmasked’s mastermind Madtronik — longtime friend and fierce sonic presence Xquisite Korpse live.

We’re celebrating 10 years of movement, memory and music at Distillery n.17 - an intimate warehouse club set inside a former rum warehouse - with a private afterparty to carry us into the daylight…

Throughout the night, prepare to be mesmerized by fire spinning performers and stilt walkers, bringing the energy of street theatre and ritual to the rave floor! 🔥

In 2015, we threw our first party — a raw, beautiful mess held together by sound, sweat, and a shared belief in something deeper.
Then, two years ago, we pressed pause. Not because we lost the fire — but because it needed space to breathe. To grow.

And now, the moment has come.

We won’t be announcing the lineup. Not yet.

After the first bomb marathon event, SPEED OF SOUND VOL. 2 is back on Saturday 8th of July for a 16hr no stop gathering, this time it’s an exploration in the forest! 🔮

Speed of Sound is the new collaboration between Unmasked and Blackdrop Family organizations which is aiming to fuse tekno, acid core, tribe and hard techno for long hours events squatting abandoned places around London.

On this occasion we are joining forces with Conspiracy Members to propose a massive line up over two big stages, Tekno and Dark Psy! 🔥

We are so excited to return and this time hosting three artists from Desert Storm crew, Glasgow veteran rebels in tekno movement since the 90’s and with Astridakini and Heyoka coming down straight from India.

There will be magicians, fire games, led performances and psychedelic decorations all over the place.

A limited amount of tickets will be sold during next days. Better to not miss it, it might be the only forest party we are going to propose over the summer. Get your troop ready for the magic trip 🍄

We are super excited to announce a new event series in collaboration with Black Drop Family which will be organized in squatted places around London Town! 🩸

SPEED OF SOUND VOL. 1 will take place on Saturday 13th of May, the location will be always different each time it will be announced a few hours before the event starts.
Get ready to twist your mind and shake your muscles for long marathons of at least 16 hours, a weekend of high power industrial techno and assaulting tekno music! ⚔️

For those who don't know Black Drop Family, it’s a very well respected event organization in the psy and tekno London circuit, always going against the system, squatting places from 3 years now and putting them upside down with a massive and powerful sound system! 🔥

This was Angulima Bushido's last Eudaimonia session of 2022, it’s an energetic selection between heavyweight hypnotizim and forward driving techno, Detroit electro, atmospheric EBM, 90’s acid synth and some psychedelic and minimalistic tunes! 🩸

A week ago came out the mix Angulima Bushido recorded for a great neo crew and event series in Liverpool, Iniquity. It’s a 2hrs and 50 minutes podcast which best describes the sound he’s in to, packed with new killer music and some beautiful old school gems. ⛩

The first half is an obscure spaced-out atmospheric and psychedelic patterns selection, the second part straight forward heavyweight hypnotizim and groove-tunnelling cuts. 🫧
