, for God sake, ENOUGH of your consistently misleading your followers.
Jad, there was only ONE time that JD ever seek, and was granted an exparte and this is to remove the children from social media.
STOP LYING that JD has any case initiated to seek full custody. This is a big LIE. Show your followers the evidence since you have been using this lie for over one year.
Last week, K.O received DCFS letter, NOT CPS.
CPS HAVE TWO FUNCTIONS:
1. TO INVESTIGATE.
2. TO REMOVE
The investigation have been concluded and has now been escalated to the DCFS which basically means a court hearing. Prior to this, both of them were under review since August 2023.
If the new hearing was just for JD as you ERRONEOUSLY misled your followers, K.O would not receive her own notice of hearing which she opened and CONFIRMED TO THE WORLD THAT SHE HAVE A HEARING!
STOP MISLEADING YOUR FOLLOWERS..
Jad, you had no FACTS of this matter and you NEVER know enough about this matter which explains why you have been spreading your assumptions for over 1 year.
Enough is Enough!
RESPECT YOUR FOLLOWERS.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE FACTS OF ANY MATTERS, SHUT YOUR GOB.

The case against them is NOT instituted by no other than the DCFS.
