Known for their intense and emotional live shows, VLURE blends post-punk, industrial, techno, and hardcore punk into a genre-defying sound. They’re set for a major UK and Europe tour this Autumn 2025, promoting their debut album Escalate.

Jaz Imsky is a 23-year-old artist known for her dark, bass-heavy sound rooted in UK soundsystem culture. Born in Singapore, raised in London, with Bosnian–Sri Lankan heritage, her global identity shapes a bold, experimental style. A core member of Buntai and ex-Pirate Studios resident, she’s brought her sound to stages like Boomtown, Outlook, Fabric, Motion, and across Europe, blending music and visual art into a fully immersive experience.

Her mix spans dubstep, grime, experimental club, and halftime, featuring heavyweights like Joy Orbison, Mr. Carmack, Benga, and DJrum.

This week’s After Dark mix comes from South London DJ and producer VXRGO, a fast-rising name in the jungle and drum & bass scene. Known for her deep, soulful and technical selections, she brings a sound shaped by everything from Motown and Lover’s Rock to garage, hip-hop, and classic DnB.

Originally studying to become an interior architect, VXRGO made the switch to DJing in 2022, and has since played iconic venues like fabric, FOLD, and Corsica Studios, plus festivals like Glastonbury and Outlook. With two EPs on the way and support from scene leaders like Tim Reaper and SHERELLE, she’s cementing herself as one to watch.

In this mix, VXRGO explores the roots and future of jungle and DnB with tracks from DJ DEMO, Midi Magic, Kid Lib and more.

Known for blending analogue jazz-funk with the UK’s electronic sounds, Werkha’s live shows feature a mix of live instruments, looping, and carefully crafted samples. He’s toured across the UK and Europe with artists like Bonobo, Chet Faker, Rebecca Vasmant and more!
