Another from Monday’s vinyl haul, Good Gravy by “Tommy Hawke” appears on several compilations of British rock & roll - it’s very likely the American singer who goes by the name Jack Hammer (but recorded in London).

The postman just delivered this. I’m never going to see an original copy - the first pressing is seriously rare because their manager’s car was stolen with the boxes of records in the trunk.

This was on sale and I trust Ace/Big Beat to do a good job.

Denise was later in Ace of Cups. The song is said to be about Jan Wenner.
