If 2025 taught me anything, it’s that high-stakes growth is a team effort.

The future of work isn't being written in a textbook. We are navigating a seismic shift in how value is created.

Last month we marked World Kindness Day on 13 November with a simple invitation. For 12 days we shared one small act of kindness each day and encouraged our community to try them in their own way🌞
The response reminded us of something important.
Kindness is not limited to a date in the calendar. It is a practice that can shape how we work lead and support each other every day.
These small actions reconnecting with someone thanking a colleague spending time with a loved one nominating a kind leader each one creates a moment of connection that carries forward.

Deeply saddened to hear the news of Hugh Wallace's sudden passing. As a founding partner of Douglas Wallace Architects, his contribution to Irish design, especially in the commercial and hospitality sectors, was immense. We were fortunate to have worked with him and his firm on projects that truly valued good design and creating a sense of place. A formidable talent and a kind presence. My sincere condolences go out to his husband, Martin Corbett, and all the team at Douglas Wallace at this time.
Architect and television presenter Hugh Wallace, best known to RTÉ audiences as a long-serving judge on Home of the Year, has died at the age of 68.
